Rooftop views, historical hotel charm, high level of security
The noise from the restaurant above and the street was unbearable at times!!! Updating the outdated decor and improving the heating functionality in rooms would greatly enhance comfort!!!

perfect location for sightseeing, friendly staff, panoramic roof terrace, used for breakfast when the weather is nice, free Wifi in the whole house
No criticism, just a hint: places in the breakfast room are limited in bad weather because the roof terrace cannot be used. However, the staff is very anxious to make free tables immediately ready for use again.

very nice access to iconic sights and vibrant squares
I stayed for three nights and loved how central this place is, allowing me to easily walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, just around the corner, making my city strolls enjoyable.

The breakfast - on the roof garden - was great! The location of the hotel is perfect! The room (6.OG) towards Parliament (Hof) also really quiet. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated, but everything was clean.

We would come here again, no complaints whatsoever, liked this hotel. The units are modern, carpeted on level 3. It has particularly good and stunning location to see an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain...

Historic charm makes it stand out.
The furniture was old and worn out. The carpet desperately needs replacing, and the window shutters were broken. The noise from outside and the corridor.

Excellent location, ingenious view from the roof terrace and despite central location very quiet.

Super nice waiters at breakfast. Breakfast is good and the terrace is very nice! Our room was very big, the bathroom okay, the beds/mattresses very good. The windows aren't so well insulated, but we could still sleep. All in all the hotel is a bit outdated but the charm is still there:-)
My brother's room could've been renovated before. But at least the bathrooms were quite modern and clean. On the second day after breakfast we were all happy:-)

Staying here with my family and our dog was fantastic! We enjoyed exploring The Roman Forum, steps away from the hotel. The location is unbeatable for seeing sights. The breakfast on the rooftop had delicious options.
In my wife's opinion, a bigger play area for kids would be great.

The hotel was great with a lovely rooftop terrace offering amazing views over the city's landmarks and friendly staff who genuinely cared for our comfort. Unlike my previous stay in rome, this time it reminded me of a relaxing getaway.
